Himalayan Wonders – Kathmandu to Jomsom

(Altitude of Kathmandu: 1,400 mts.) After completion of immigration formalities at the Kathmandu Airport exit door, you will be met by our representative and get transferred to hotel. Evening free for leisure. Overnight at the hotel in Kathmandu.

After breakfast you would be taken for tour of Kathmandu City. You would visit Pashupatinath Temple and Boudhanath Stupa. Later in the day you would visit Patan Durbar Square and Swayambhunath Stupa, where we need to climb 360 stone steps to reach the top. Evening free for leisure. Overnight at the hotel in Kathmandu.

(Distance: 210 kms. / Driving Time: 6 hrs. / Altitude of Pokhara: 827 mts.) After breakfast, you will be transferred to Pokhara. On the way you have an option of either opting river rafting or visiting Manakamana Temple, the holy goddess of Aspirations or Devi of all wishes. You can reach the temple by taking the cable car ride on direct payment basis. On arrival in Pokhara, check in at the hotel. Evening free for leisure. Weather permitting you have an option of either going for a walk near the lake or going for boating over Phewa Lake on direct payment basis. Overnight stay at the hotel in Pokhara.

(Distance – 180 Kms, Driving Time – 7 Hrs, Altitude of Jomsom – 2,750 mts) After Breakfast, you would be driven to Jomsom. The road after Beni is bumpy and the drive is through non paved road. On arrival check in at the hotel. Overnight at the lodge in Jomsom. On the way visit Baglung Kalika temple & Galeshwor Mahadev. The drive from Pokhara to Jomson is a scenic subject to clear weather.

(Distance – 180 Kms, Driving Time – 7 Hrs, Altitude of Pokhara: 827 mts.) After breakfast you would be taken to visit Muktinath Temple. You would be driven to Muktinath by local vehicle which takes around 1.00 hrs along the Kaligandaki river. To reach at Muktinath Temple, one has to walk up the stairs for around 20 mins from the base of temple. Those who can't walk, they can hire a pony or motor bike on direct payment basis. Darshan on your own of Muktinath & follow the same route return to Jomsom. Thereafter you would be transferred to Pokhara. The drive is bumpy and through non paved road. On arrival check in at the hotel. Overnight at the hotel in Pokhara

(Distance: 210 kms. / Driving Time: 6 hrs. / Altitude of Kathmandu: 1400 mts.) After breakfast visit Vindyavasini Temple, David's Fall and Gupteshwar Mahadev Caves which is divided into 2 parts - temple of lord Shiva and about 100 metres further down where we can see water coming from David’s Fall. During monsoons you may not be allowed to go beyond the Temple. Later in the day, you are transferred back to Kathmandu. On arrival check in to the hotel. Evening free for leisure. Overnight stay at the hotel in Kathmandu

After breakfast, you will be transferred to the Airport for your return journey.
