Distance Covered: 36 km (By Road) I 6 km (Trek) Early breakfast, and drive from Barkot to Jankichatti (base point). Begin your 6 km trek to Yamunotri (can be done on foot, by pony, or doli). Visit the Yamunotri Temple and perform the prasad ritual by cooking rice in the hot water of the Yamunotri Kund. Explore the Surya Kund and Jamunabai Kund, two famous hot springs in the region.
